It's hard to realize that we are innately linked with our reflections. An intuitive understanding might be simple, but accepting that is harder. We always process the reflection as a different thing entirely, a thing that mimics our actions to the most minute details. Once understood that this advention of self is really an extension the reflection is treated differently, understood in different terms. To accept that whenever we want the reflection to move, me must move ourselves first. Even harder, though, is to realize there is no distinction between self and reflection. When we want the reflection to do something, we must do it first ourselves.
